Our Nov 15, 2008 Auction was a success. We achieved our goals and want to thank the parents, the generous auction bidders, our wonderful event sponsors, and our fantastic basket donors and item donors. Without all your help, we could not have achieved this singular success, as well as a blueprint for future auctions.

With great appreciation,

Four-year-old Class Curriculum

The fours' class curriculum was designed based on developmental needs and subsequent class goals. Throughout the year we will be taking a journey around the world to explore how people live, what people like to do, and what children and families are like in various countries. Our exploration will consist of various activities to provide experiential learning such as

In keeping with the parent partnership values of the school, the countries studied and the activities performed will be based on parent input.

The class will also study a "letter of the week" to develop understanding of the alphabet with stories, rhymes, craft activities, show-and-tell, math concepts, and even snacks. Children, with help from their parents, will be asked to bring an object that starts with the letter each week.
